By booking services with Luxury Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

We provide epoxy flooring, hard surface flooring, and remodeling services. Project details, including pricing, scope, and timelines, will be outlined in your estimate or contract.

2. Estimates & Payments

Estimates are valid for 30 days.

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Deposits are not refundable after the project has begun.

Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made before the project start date.

Once work has started, deposits are non-refundable.

4. Warranty & Liability

Workmanship is covered under California consumer protection laws.

Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or neglect.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide clear access to the work area.

Remove or protect personal belongings before work begins.

Ensure electricity and water are available if required.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
